My father was Floyd Rigney son of Fitchue and Rissie Broyles Rigney. He had 2 brothers, Oscar and Woodrow. His sisters were Grace ("Chip")Bowlin,Sis Douglas, Nan Douglas. My fatheher Floyd has 2 sons, James Freddie Rigney and Floyd Rigney Jr. ("Buck"). Freddie lives in Knoxville and Buck lives outside Jellico. I have a sister, Sandra Jean Rigney Kidd who lives in Newcomb. I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Northeast State Technical Community College (nstcc.cc.tn.us) and I live in Johnson City. Thanks for all of your information. :.)
