• Notes

  Noah was a Private in Capt. J. £. Snodgrass1 Co., Virginia Volunteers. He was mustered in toy 6, 1862 by Hajor HcMahon. This company subsequently became Co. F, 63rd Regiment Virginia Infantry. Noah's name appears on a l i s t of c a s u a l t i e s , in a Brigade commanded by Brigadier General R. A. Pryor near K e l l y ' s Store, Virginia. He was wounded s l i g h t l y February 5, 1863 and was last paid April 33, 1863. Noah was absent without leave for a short period at the end of 1863, and returned to duty December 20, 1863. He l a s t appears on the Company Muster Roll dated March 3, 1864
